The geographic location is very attractive, highly visible beside the Brescia-Cremona highway, from which we recently succeeded in gaining direct access from a channelled intersection.
For those arriving from Brescia, the complex is located on the right side of the highway, the same side as the Bagnolo shopping centre: therefore the approximate 15.000 inhabitants of Bagnolo Mella can access it without having to cross the highway. Plus a new bike path starts from inside our shopping centre and goes as far as the centre of town to make it easier to reach, including for children and the elderly.

There are already two supermarkets (of which one is a LIDL) in the shopping centre and various shops: food, baker, fruit and vegetables, bar, sandwich shop, wine shop, arcade, costume jewellery shop, coin-operated laundry, a temporary work agency and ASL authorised professional studies centre.
Other licenses can be easily obtained from the Bagnolo Mella municipality, for example for: pizzeria, restaurant, pastry shop, tobacconist, chemist, butcher, delicatessen, gastronomy, perfume shop. The location of the few shops available is absolutely attractive.
